Roasted Beef Tenderloin

4lbs Beef Tender
Traid Meat Co. Seasoning
3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic minced
Fresh Rosemary

Preheat oven to 425

Let beef tender come to room temperature for about an hour.

Then heat olive oil in cast iron skillet. Place beef tender and garlic in pan and sear on all sides.

Transfer to a baking pan and add 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Make sure to scrape out all the flavors from the cast iron skillet with the beef tender.

Place uncovered in oven for 20-25 minutes. Internal temperature should be 130 for medium rare.

Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes. Then slice thin and watch your family enjoy!
