Cream Cheese Potato Soup

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

4 cups diced red potatoes
6 cups of chicken broth
1 8oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2-1 cup cooked bacon
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
 

Directions:

Boil potatoes till they are fork tender. 

Then add cream cheese and stir till mixed together well. 

Stir in salt and pepper to taste. 

Then add cheese and stir together. 

Serve and top with more cheese and bacon then enjoy!
