Homestyle Chicken and Dumplings

1 whole Chicken cut up
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Chicken broth
1 box McLibbs Dumpling Strips

Place chicken in large cooking pot and cover with water.  Boil chicken until done.  Remove chicken from pot and let cool.  Once chicken has cooled, remove bone and skin.  Add chicken broth and cream of chicken soup to your chicken stock once you remove the chicken.  Mix well in your pot and add de-boned chicken.  Bring back to a boil on medium high heat.  Once boiling, add McLibb Dumpling Strips.  Cook for about 10 minutes or until dumplings are tender.  Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

 

Stuffed Center Cut Pork Chops

4 pieces Stuffed Pork Chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water

Place pork chops in an oven safe pan lined with aluminum foil.  In small bowl mix together mushroom soup and water.  Pour mixture over pork chops and cover with aluminum foil.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Let stand for 5-10 minutes after removing from oven and then serve.
